For the burgers:
500 g lean minced pork
1 small onion, grated
2 tablespoons freshly chopped sage
25 g dried breadcrumb
5 tablespoons The English Provender Co. Bramley Apple Sauce with Calvados

salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve:
4 Brioche burger buns or rolls of your choice
Crisp lettuce

1. Place all the ingredients for the burgers in a mixing bowl, mix well using your fingers, until all the ingredients are combined.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 and shape into burgers. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill, barbecue or griddle pan and when hot cook the burgers over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side until cooked through.
4. Split the rolls and add some lettuce, top with the burgers and a little extra apple sauce. Serve immediately.
