Moroccan Spiced Lamb Burger

Juicy lamb burgers are perked up with harissa spices & cooling minty yoghurt.

Moroccan Spiced Lamb Burger By

You'll need

400g lamb mince
3/4 jar Moroccan Spiced Chutney
3 tbsp olive oil
4 flat or pitta breads
300g greek yoghurt
½ red onion, finely diced
20g mint, finely chopped

How to make

Preheat the oven to 220c.

Start by making the yoghurt. Mix together the yoghurt, onion and mint and season.

Place the mince in a bowl and add the Moroccan Spiced Chutney. Mix well then shape into 4 burgers. Heat up ½ of the oil a frying pan and pan fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place on a baking sheet and bake for a further 5-6 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile rub the remaining oil onto the bread and place on a hot griddle pan until charred.

Serve the burgers in the bread with some yoghurt.
