« Ginger, Honey and Mustard Glazed Salmon »
For 4 servings
Per serving: 222kcals, 14.1g fat, 2.3g sat fat
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- ½ tsp Very Lazy Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp English Provender Honey and Mustard Dressing
- Bunch spring onions, sliced
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut slits into the salmon and spread a little ginger paste into each one.
- Place fish onto a greased baking tray and spoon over the soy sauce and honey and mustard dressing.
- Grill for about 10-12 minutes until cooked.
- Stir fry the spring onions for 2 minutes until softened. Divide between four plates and place the fish on top.
- Serve with new potatoes and a salad.
