« Ginger, Honey and Mustard Glazed Salmon »

For 4 servings

Per serving: 222kcals, 14.1g fat, 2.3g sat fat

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp Very Lazy Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp English Provender Honey and Mustard Dressing
  • Bunch spring onions, sliced
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut slits into the salmon and spread a little ginger paste into each one.
  2. Place fish onto a greased baking tray and spoon over the soy sauce and honey and mustard dressing.
  3. Grill for about 10-12 minutes until cooked.
  4. Stir fry the spring onions for 2 minutes until softened. Divide between four plates and place the fish on top.
  5. Serve with new potatoes and a salad.
