« Pork Ribs with Sticky Cider & Organic Apple Sauce »
Serves 3 – 4
Ingredients:
- 675g (1 ½ lb) Pork ribs (approx 9 ribs)
- Marinade:
- 2 tsp Very Lazy Ginger
- 2 tsp Very Lazy Garlic
- 125ml (1/4pt) apple juice
- 125ml (1/4pt) cider
- 3 tbsp English Provender Organic Apple Sauce
- 1tbsp soft brown sugar
Method:
- Place the ribs in a large shallow dish. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and pour over ribs.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 – 3 hours.
- Place the ribs and marinade in a large baking tray, cover with foil and cook in a preheated oven Gas Mark 4 , 180 C 350 F for about 50 mins.
- Uncover and cook for a further 30 mins until golden brown and sticky.
- Serve with creamy mashed potato with chopped spring onions, steamed green beans and extra Organic Apple Sauce on the side.
