« Gammon Ham, Cranberry And Chestnut Tart »
Gammon’s robust meaty flavour also makes it perfect for hearty, wholesome recipe dishes, such as this tasty tart.
Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
- 225g Cooked gammon ham, cut into strips or chunks
- 500g Ready made chilled puff pastry
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) English Provender Wild Cranberry Sauce
- 50g Mixture of cooked chestnuts, walnuts and/or pecan nuts, roughly chopped
Method:
Pre Heat oven to gas mark 5 , 190c, 375F
Roll out puff pastry to 20 x 30cm rectangle. Score a line in the pastry 2cm from the edge.
Spread cranberry sauce over the pastry within the scored rectangle, then top with the gammon pieces. and nuts.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes until pastry is well risen and golden.
Serve hot, warm or cold.
