Our classic seafood sauce uses free range eggs and a careful addition of Sicilian lemon juice. It is delicious served on the side with grilled fish, or as a base for Marie Rose sauce with prawns or crab.

Vegetable Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Free Range Dried Whole Egg (3.2%), Dijon Mustard, (Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Concentrated Lemon Juice (1.9%), Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
